1Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 Basic Eligibility

To register and use tpower2's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration
• Residing in a location where use of the tpower2 platform is permitted under applicable local laws
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any other individual
• No prior account closure at tpower2 due to a terms violation
• Must not have any other active accounts at tpower2 at the same time

1.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at tpower2. This includes using different names, different contact details, or different payment methods to avoid detection. tpower2 uses advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts. Violations of this rule will result in:

• Closure of all related accounts without prior notice
• Forfeiture of all real-money and bonus balances across all associated accounts
• Permanent ban from re-registering on tpower2

1.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete. tpower2 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of your identification document, proof of address or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.

2Deposit & Withdrawal

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Tpower2 only accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved Malaysian payment methods:

• Digital wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Direct bank transfer: DuitNow Transfer
• FPX Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX participating banks

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). tpower2 does not accept payments in foreign currencies or through international payment methods not listed above.

2.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction
• Maximum daily deposit (standard): RM 50,000
• Limits may vary by VIP tier and can be adjusted upon request through the tpower2 support team

2.3 Withdrawal Limits & Procedures

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction
• Maximum daily withdrawal (standard): RM 30,000
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for digital payment methods
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 50,000 may require additional processing time and identity verification

Tpower2 reserves the right to request account verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method or under the same name used for the original deposit — this is a standard security measure to prevent fraud.

2.4 Transaction Responsibility

Members are solely responsible for ensuring that recipient details are correct when making a deposit. tpower2 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the member during a transaction.

3Bonuses & Promotions

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by tpower2 are subject to the following terms unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Only members who have completed account verification are eligible to receive bonuses
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member or converted directly into cash
• Tpower2 reserves the right to void any bonus awarded if its conditions are breached

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement determines how many times the bonus value must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example: a RM 100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of RM 3,000 in bets before that balance becomes withdrawable.

• Colluding with other members to artificially fulfil wagering requirements

• Providing false information to qualify for a bonus

4Game Rules

4.2 Betting Limits

7Account Suspension & Closure

Tpower2 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice if any of the following reasons apply:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system
• Inappropriate or threatening behaviour towards tpower2 support staff
• Requests from the relevant authorities

7.2 Closure at Member's Request

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the tpower2 support team via LiveChat or email at support@tpower2.xyz. Before the closure is processed, all eligible pending withdrawals will be handled in accordance with standard procedures. Any unwagered real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned via the original payment method.

8Liability Limits & Disclaimer

8.1 tpower2 Liability Limits

Tpower2 is not liable for any losses incurred by members as a result of:

• Technical disruptions beyond tpower2's control, including internet outages, device issues or third-party service provider failures
• Errors made by a member during the betting or transaction process
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the member's own security negligence

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

Tpower2 provides its platform on an as-is basis. tpower2 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions or downtime. tpower2 will make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly 24/7, but scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical disruptions may occur.

9Changes to Services & Terms

Tpower2 reserves the right to modify, add, or withdraw any part of its services, games, promotions, or these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least three (3) days before they take effect, unless the changes must be implemented immediately for security or legal compliance reasons.

Continued use of the tpower2 platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms by the member.

10Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where tpower2 is registered and operates. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the tpower2 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation before any legal action is taken.

If any provision in these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision shall be reinterpreted or removed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
